Marie Nieto LCSW, is Founder and co-owner of Cameron Park Counseling. Her dream of establishing a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in the mental health field was achieved as a talented group of therapists was assembled. Today Cameron Park Counseling has a group of MFT, LCSW, Psychologist and interns with a broad range of specializations and expertise in the various areas of mental health. In addition, there are several languages spoken amongst the clinicians to better serve the community.

Marie Nieto LCSW, specializes in the treatment of Adults, Adolescents and Children suffering from affective disorders such as depression, anxiety or OCD. She works with clients who have experienced trauma and grief and loss issues. In addition, she specializes in marital and family therapy as well as divorce mediation and custody cases. Marie is certified in Hypnotherapy and is fully trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Alpha Stim, tools that enhance the treatment of trauma and affective disorders. Marie’s greatest skill is her compassion, dedication and passion in caring for her clients. Marie sees clients Monday through Thursday and other days as needed.
