Fernando Murrain, ASW

Fernando Murrain holds a Master’s degree from the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. He provides psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and families, utilizing evidence-based interventions to address concerns such as PTSD, borderline personality disorder, and a range of emotional and behavioral challenges.

His clinical approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Problem-Solving Therapy (PST), and mindfulness practices. Fernando takes a strengths-based approach to treatment, working collaboratively with clients to identify their existing capabilities and build new skills to support growth and resilience.

Prior to his career in social work, Fernando gained professional experience in the energy and technology sectors, which informs his practical, solution-focused perspective in clinical work.
