Our Hypnotherapists
Marie Nieto, LCSW, is certified in Hypnotherapy and is fully trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness – tools that enhance the treatment of trauma and affective disorders. Marie’s greatest skill is her compassion, dedication and passion in caring for her clients. Marie sees clients Monday through Thursday and other days as needed.
Shama Chaiken Ph.D, is a psychologist who is committed to creating a safe environment for healing and growth, using interventions that reduce emotional distress, improve relationships and foster positive hopeful beliefs. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based modality that alleviates distress related to adverse life events and uses hypnotherapy as an additional tool.
Gaye Gibson, RN PsyD, utilizes a hypnotherapy healing program grounded in loving kindness and compassion as a reflection of her personal philosophy. Gaye was attuned to the three levels of Reiki healing by her Reiki mentor, Lynda Marinics. Gaye immediately incorporated the wonderful and powerful principles of this beautiful modality into her hypnotherapy practice. In addition, Gaye uses sound and light neurotherapy. This cutting-edge therapy has far-reaching potential in healing the minds of those who suffer from addiction, depression, anxiety, and ADD/ADHD, among other challenging conditions.
